Lin Ye, MS LEED AP

Lin Ye is the Executive Director at FluentForce Pacific, leading the firm's operational expansion and strategic partnerships across the Asia Pacific region. With a strong background in ESG impact analysis and sustainability reporting, Lin has elevated service quality and industry leadership by leveraging global sustainability talent. He has successfully implemented proactive hiring strategies, developed strategic client relationships, and expanded the market presence for multiple international brands. Lin holds an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a BBA in Finance and Investment Banking from Baruch College. His visionary leadership and expertise make him a pivotal figure in driving sustainable growth and innovation.

Thomas Schuldt

Thomas Schuldt is a seasoned expert in global sustainability strategy, implementation, and investing, with over 10 years of experience. He excels in leading teams to scale climate technology solutions such as electric vehicles, batteries, and renewable energy. His skills include business planning, market strategies, and supply chain optimization. Thomas has managed sustainability initiatives across Southeast Asia and held key roles in renewable energy. He holds degrees from ESB Business School and Columbia University, where he was a Fulbright scholar.

Viktoriya Sanchez
PC | PMP, CMAA

With over 10 years of experience in sustainability and construction management, Viktoriya Sanchez is a Project Controls Manager at Invictus Engineering, PC. Utilizing her PMP and LEED GA credentials, Viktoriya excels in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. She collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop and implement effective project control procedures, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks.

Viktoriya is passionate about sustainability and has a proven track record in operational optimization, data analysis, grant writing, and corporate social responsibility. She holds a Master's Degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and has successfully completed numerous projects for the City of New York as well as other public and private sector clients. Fluent in Russian, Spanish, and English, Viktoriya thrives in fast-paced, mission-oriented environments.

Ufroz Ayyub

Ufroz Ayyub is a results-driven international development professional specializing in the technical implementation of large and complex USAID-funded initiatives across the energy, forestry, biodiversity, and climate change sectors. With expertise in monitoring and evaluation, impact analysis, activity design, theory of change development, CLA, and donor reporting, Ufroz excels in driving impactful outcomes.

Ufroz has extensive field experience and is highly adaptable to new and diverse cultures and working environments, with regional expertise in South and Southeast Asia. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, conversant in Spanish, Urdu, and Thai, and a native English speaker, Ufroz brings a unique and valuable perspective to international development projects.

Jessica Srun

Jessica Srun is an experienced sustainability professional with over 7 years of expertise in the strategic implementation of sustainability initiatives, marketing and communications, and sustainability consulting. Her diverse knowledge spans a range of sustainability topics, including climate change, water conservation, sustainable agriculture, sustainable development, and corporate social responsibility.

Jessica has worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors, including with Fortune 500 companies and the United Nations, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex organizational environments and drive impactful sustainability strategies. Her skill set includes interpersonal communications, stakeholder engagement, qualitative and quantitative analysis, cross-functional initiatives, and project management. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Jessica is motivated to cultivate innovative solutions and is passionate about driving change for a sustainable future.
